Tracy Jones MBA is an accomplished and forward-thinking leader with over 25 years of experience in the human health sector, and is at the forefront of our organization, driving innovation and focused on delivering exceptional patient care to the veterinary industry.
 
Tracy has been at the helm of King Animal Hospital since 2021, working closely with our founders to transform their compassionate vision into reality. She’s spent most of her career working alongside clinicians and deeply understands the importance of building a cohesive team to drive the implementation of ground-breaking solutions, deliver patient-centered care and successfully accomplish the organization’s goals.

Having earned her Master of Business Administration in 2018 from the Sandermoen School of Business/University of Fredericton in the Innovative Leadership Stream, she continues to invest in her education having also earned three Master Certificates from Schulich School of Business focused on leadership and innovation.

Her experience includes over 25 years as a leader within the human health sector, including 17 as President/CEO. She has spent time working in both the Canadian and US health care systems managing organizations with up to 1500 employees across multiple sites, with operating budgets of up to 90 million dollars. In 2020, her organization won the prestigious Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures for 2020 as featured in the National Post.
